Referrals 

To make a referral to the Centre for Cognitive Therapy: contact the office at 613-729-0801 during business hours. 

 Business Hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Mondays to Fridays.  

Although referrals are frequently made by referring physicians or other health professionals, self referrals are accepted.  If you call to make an appointment as a self referral, you may be required by your insurance company to obtain a letter of referral from your family doctor in order to process your insurance claim.
